Kevin Sullivan was a joyfully hitched man and the booker for WCW when he chose to script a quarrel for himself with Chris Benoit in the mid 90's.
To make this story more sensible, Sullivan had the "brainwave" thought of making Nancy and Chris travel together seriously.
